spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and all other parties claiming by, through, under or against that Defendant, and all

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on or about February 6, 2026 in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, the Clerk shall offer for sale the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described below, at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on March 12, 2026 at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes.
Lot 36, 37 and 38, Block 5557, Cape Coral Unit 84, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 24, Page 30, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim in accordances with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031
