The Clerk of the Court, KEVIN KARNES, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on March 5, 2026 at 9:00am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 84, IN BLOCK K, OF RIVER HALL COUNTRY CLUB, PHASE TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2006000409514, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 17393 WALNUT RUN DR, ALVA , FL 33920 (the “Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
