Notice is hereby given that First Florida Management Services, LLLP, intends to sell the contents of the property located at 4751 Park St. Saint Petersburg, FL listed below to enforce a lien imposed on said property pursuant to Sections 83.801 through 83.809 of the Florida Statutes. The property to be sold is described as miscellaneous personal property. The sale will take place in person at 4751 Park St. St. Petersburg, FL 33709 on February 24th, 2026.
When you vacated the Premises, the following personal property remained:

You may claim this property at 4751 Park Street St. Petersburg, FL 33709.
Unless you pay the reasonable cost of storage and advertising, if any, for all of the above-described property and take possession of the property which you claim, not later than February 7, 2026, this property may be disposed of pursuant to s. 715.109, Florida Statutes. If you fail to reclaim the property, it will be sold at a public sale after notice of the sale has been given by publication. You have the right to bid on the property at this sale. After the property is sold and the costs of storage, advertising, and sale are deducted, the remaining money will be paid over to the county. You may claim the remaining money at any time within 1 year after the county receives the money.
