NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 21, 2026, entered in Civil Case No. 24-000680-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST X-A, , is Plaintiff and ADILE TROKA is Defendant.
The Clerk, KEN BURKE, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o’clock a.m. on March 11, 2026, on the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
