NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure of Agreement for Deed dated February 3, 2026 and entered in Case No. 25-002489-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida where Dixie Doodle, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Juan Clark is/are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on March 12, 2026 the following described equitable interest and equitable title of Juan Clark properties set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure of Agreement for Deed to wit:
Lot 36, Grove Heights Revised, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 64, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Commonly referred to as 978 9th Ave. S., St. Petersburg, FL 33705
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner and equitable interest and equitable title of the Defendant as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
