M. J. O., Jr., a minor child in the care of his mother and natural guardian, Michelle Mary Lee Demers are the Defendants, that Laura Roth, Volusia County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.volusia.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 20th day of March, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
