NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment in Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 1, 2025, and entered in Case No. 11-2025-CA-000578-0001-01, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF YONOK DAVIS; MOCKINGBIRD CROSSING COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; CHRISTINA DAVIS, are defendants. Crystal K. Kinzel, Clerk of the Circuit Court for COLLIER, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In the Main Courthouse, in the 1st Floor Customer Service Department – Multipurpose Room, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 12TH day of MARCH, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 27, MOCKINGBIRD CROSSING, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGE 75, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
