NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Agreed Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 9, 2026 and entered in Case No. 11-2025-CA-00051-00001-01 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein JOHN SEXSON is the Plaintiff, and TIMOTHY A. CRAIG; KRISTEN M. CRAIG, IRAR TRUST CO, FBO PHIL MILTO IRA ACCOUNT xxxx, NATIONAL DIRECT INSURANCE COMPANY, SOUTH SEAS NORTHWEST CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS OF MARCO ISLAND, INC., and ANY UNKNOWN PERSONS IN POSSESSION are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash on March 26, 2026, beginning at 11:00 AM, on the 1St Floor Customer Service Department, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, that certain parcel of real property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as follows:
UNIT NO. 1901, OF TOWER NO. II OF SOUTH SEAS NORTHWEST CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS OF MARCO ISLAND, A CONDOMINIUM, ALL AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND FORMING A PART THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOOK 889, PAGE 1634, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
