NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 15, 2026, and entered in Case No. 24-CC-2082 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein SHARONDALE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and VICKI L. KINNEY is Defendant, Crystal K. Kinzel, Collier County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash:
At Collier County Main Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, 1st Floor Customer Service Department – Multipurpose Room, Naples, FL 34112, on the 19th day of March, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
