LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF ABIGAIL BOODRAM; ASSOCIATION OF POINCIANA VILLAGES, INC.; POINCIANA VILLAGE SEVEN ASSOCIATION, INC.; M.A.R., AS MINOR CHILD IN THE CARE OF HIS FATHER AND NATURAL GUARDIAN ROHAN RICKETTS; A.M.R., A MINOR CHILD IN THE CARE OF HER FATHER AND NATURAL GUARDIAN ROHAN RICKETTS, are defendants. Stacy M.
