TENANT OR OCCUPANT #2, AS UNKNOWN TENANT
OR OCCUPANT IN POSSESSION,

Unit 306, Building C, TORTUGA BEACH, A Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in the O.R. Book 1043, Pages 1849 thru 1882, inclusive, Amended in O.R. 1185, Page 663 as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium book 7, Page 41 thru 41YY, Amended in Condominium Book 9, Pages 37 thru 37J, inclusive, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
With an address of 8750 Midnight Pass Road #306, Bldg C, Sarasota, FL 34242.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Complaint to foreclose a claim of lien has been filed and commenced in this court by the Plaintiff, TORTUGA CLUB, INC., and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Michelle A. Rowe, Esquire, attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 2033 Main Street, Suite 403, Sarasota, Florida 34237, and file the original with the clerk of the above-styled court within thirty (30) days from the first date of publication; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the Complaint or Petition.
This Notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the BUSINESS OBSERVER SARASOTA EDITION.
