You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to this action on Mark Hankins, Esquire of The Law Firm of Ayo and Iken, PLC, Petitioner’s attorney, whose address is 4807 U.S. Highway 19, Suite 202, New Port Richey, FL 34652 on or before 03/23/2026 , and file the original with the Clerk of Court, Pasco County Courthouse, 7530 Little Road, New Port Richey, Florida 34654, either before service on Petitioner’s attorney or immediately thereafter.
If you fail to do so, a default be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition for Dissolution of Marriage.
