Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated January 26, 2026, in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, case number 2024-CC-2756, wherein PRO-ROOFING USA OF EVANSVILLE, LLC is Plaintiff and APISDORF FAMILY PARTNERSHIP, LTD. is Defendant, KAREN E. RUSHING, as the Clerk of Courts, will sell at public sale the following-described real property:
Lot 15, Block 2512, 50TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 21, Pages 7, 7A through 7H, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida., with a street address of 7581 Lyncrest Street, North Port, FL 34287 and a Parcel ID of 0998251215
The sale will be held at 9:00 a.m. on March 16, 2026 to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes.
