NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 9, 2026, entered in Case No. .: 25-CA-012216 O of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, the clerk, Victor D. Crist, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 9th day of March, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
A part of Lots 7 through 14, Block 1, Together with a part of West Giddens vacated right-of-way per Ordinance No. 2809-A, Zambito Subdivision, as shown on the plat recorded in Plat Book 30, Page 53 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, being further described as follows:
Begin at the Point of Intersection of the South line of West Hillsborough Avenue (State Road No. 600) as described in Official Records Book 9702, page 619, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, with the East right-of-way line of North Howard Avenue as described in Official Records Book 665, page 521, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida; thence along said South right-of-way line of West Hillsborough Avenue the following two (2) courses and distance: (1) S.89°17’27”E., 177.98 feet; (2) S.89°29’15”E., 22.02 feet; thence S.01°31’52”W., 218.30 feet; thence N.89°13’30”W., 200.00 feet, to said East right-of-way line of North Howard Avenue; thence along said East right-of-way line of North Howard Avenue, N.01°31’52”E., 218.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
