NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure and for Assignment of Rents and Leases dated February 10, 2026, issued in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in Case No. 25-CA-002139, wherein CIVIC FINANCIAL SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff, and A5K PROPERTY SOLUTIONS, LLC, A NEVADA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, KENTWOOD PARK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. and NO. 1 HOME ROOFING INC. are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, VICTOR D.
