NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 2, 2026, entered in Civil Case No.: 25-CA-007403 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., Plaintiff, and SHARON A. HENRY F/K/A SHARON A. RALEY; ROMEO CAPITAL, LLC; SUNNOVA TE MANAGEMENT, LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1, are Defendants.
VICTOR D. CRIST, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 22nd day of April, 2026, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 23, TOWN ‘N COUNTRY PARK, UNIT NO. 6, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 76, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
