BEN MIADOVNIK; SUSAN MIADOVNIK; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE ABOVE-NAMED
DEFENDANTS.

TO: Defendants, BEN MIADOVNIK AND SUSAN MIADOVNIK, whose last known addresses are 25756 Lake Amelia Way, Unit 104, Bonita Springs, Florida 34135 and 49 Napa Ridge, Alliston, ON, Canada L9R2E5, and all parties having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property described in the claim of lien being foreclosed herein.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a claim of lien on the following real property:
Unit 104, Building 3, BERMUDA PARK, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 3609, Pages 4068 through 4223, inclusive, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with all appurtenances thereunto appertaining and specified in said Condominium Declaration, and as may be amended.
Subject to restrictions, reservations and easements of record, if any, and taxes subsequent to 2001.
A lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on counsel for Plaintiff Bermuda Park Condominium Association, Inc. whose address is c/o Adamczyk Law Firm, PLLC, 10641 Airport-Pulling Road, Ste. 31, Naples, FL 34109 on or before March 25, 2026 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiffs attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition filed herein.
THIS NOTICE SHALL BE PUBLISHED ONCE A WEEK FOR TWO (2) CONSECUTIVE WEEKS.
