YOU ARE NOTIFIED that Plaintiff, HORIZON VILLAGE CO-OP, INC. has filed an action seeking to eject you, quiet title, and foreclose a relative to the following property in Lee County, Florida:
Unit #565 of HORIZON VILLAGE CO-OP, INC., a Cooperative Mobile Home Park, according to Exhibit “B” (Plot Plan) of the Master Form Proprietary Lease dated December 12, 2005 and recorded on December 12, 2005 in Clerk’s File Number 2005000164239, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, subject to: Mortgage encumbering the park in favor of BANK OF AMERICA, N. A., in the aggregate principal amount of TWENTY MILLION SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($20,600,000.00) dated January 6, 2006 and recorded January 19, 2006 in Clerk’s File Number 2006000028129; the Collateral Assignment of Leases, Rents and Profits dated January 6, 2006 and recorded January 19, 2006 in Clerk’s File Number 2006000028130; and the Financing Statement dated January 6, 2006 and recorded January 19, 2006 in Clerk’s File Number 2006000028131; all of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida; and the Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws and Rules and Regulations of HORIZON VILLAGE CO-OP, INC.
upon which lies the following single-wide mobile home:
1988 BROOKSVILLE, VIN FLFLH32A09446BF
and on or before March 25, 2026, you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Michael E. Schuchat, Esq., Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is Lutz, Bobo & Telfair, P.A., Two North Tamiami Trail, Suite 500, Sarasota, Florida 34236, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once each week for four (4) consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
