NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment Foreclosure dated January 26, 2026 entered in Civil Case No. 25-CA-002569 in Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, Civil Division, wherein PACIFIC LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, Plaintiff and BUCKHINGHAM HENDLEY LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company; HOWARD LEMUS, an Individual; FLORIDA LUMBER COMPANY are Defendant(s), I, Kevin C. Karnes, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on April 23, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
