YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a mortgage on the following described property in Lee County, Florida:
Unit 21-72B of Beacon Square an unrecorded subdivision lying in Section 5, Township 45 South, Range 27 East, Lee County, Florida; said unit being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the point of intersection of the centerlines of Laurel Park Drive Southeast and Palm Boulevard as shown on the plat of Laurelwood, as recorded in Plat Book 33, Page 62, of the Public Records of said Lee County. Thence South 35°33’22” West, (bearings are based on said record plat), along said centerline of Palm Boulevard for a distance of 166.90 feet, to the Point of Intersection of said centerline of Palm Boulevard and the prolongation of the Southwest Right-of-Way line of Beaconshire Boulevard (as recorded in O.R.B. 1689, Page 3870 of the Public Records of said Lee County); Thence North 59°08’47” West, along said prolongated Right-of-Way line, a distance of 40.14 feet to the Point of Intersection of the Southwest Right-of-Way line of Beaconshire Boulevard and Northwest Right-of-Way line of Palm Boulevard Southeast; Thence South 35°33’22” West, leaving said Point of Intersection and proceeding along the said Right-of-Way line of said Palm Boulevard, a distance of 195.55 feet; Thence North 55°24’45” West, leaving said Right-of-Way of Palm Boulevard, a distance of 30.07 feet: Thence South 34°35’15” West, a distance of 26.17 feet: Thence North 55°24’45” West, a distance of 13.67 feet to the Point of Beginning of the unit herein described:
Thence continuing North 55°24’45” West, a distance of 4.00 feet to the outside of an outside corner of a framed wall; Thence continuing North 55°24’45” West along the outside of said wall a distance of 4.67 feet to the Point of Intersection of the outside of the inside corner of a framed wall and the centerline of the common wall separating Unit 21-72B and Unit 21-71D; Thence continuing North 55°24’45” West leaving said Point of Intersection and proceeding along said centerline of said common wall a distance of 24.83 feet to the Point of Intersection of the end of said centerline of said common wall and the outside of the inside corner of a framed wall; Thence North 10°24’11” West, leaving said Point of Intersection, a distance of 4.24 feet: Thence North 55°24’45” West, a distance of 14.33 feet; Thence South 34°35’15” West, a distance of 37.83 feet; Thence South 55°24’45” East, a distance of 50.83 feet; Thence North 34°35’15” East, a distance of 34.83 feet, returning to the Point of Beginning.

This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, such M. Brian Cheffer, Esquire, Cheffer & Hagan, P.A., Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 2120 McGregor Boulevard, Fort Myers, FL 33901 within 30 days after the first publication date, and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiffs attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint
