NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned, Clerk of Circuit and County Courts of Lee County, Florida, will on March 5, 2026, at 9:00 A.M. via electronic sale at www.lee.real foreclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Lee County, Florida:
An undivided 1/204th interest as a tenant in common with other owners in the Resort Facility (PLANTATION BAY VILLAS) one Time Shares interest(s) according to the Time Sharing Plan thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 2168, Page 1706 through 1734, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida (“Plan”), as amended.
Together with the right to occupy, pursuant to Plan, Unit 972 during Unit Week(s) 21.
pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court in the above-styled cause.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
