NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 20, 2025, and Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 12, 2026, both of which are entered in Case No.: 25-002593-CI of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein ARGOS TPA LLC is the Defendant, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on April 1, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., at the Clerk of the Circuit Court, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Unit 804 of Yacht House of Clearwater Point No. 7, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 4219, Page(s) 1252, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements
Property Address: 851 Bayway Blvd., Unit 804, Clearwater, FL 33767.
