NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 11, 2026 in Civil Case No. 25-003590-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and David A Caver a/k/a David Caver, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, KEN BURKE, CPA, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 16th day of March, 2026 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 17, Block 14, Skyview Terrace, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 47, Pages 74 and 75, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
