THE EASTERLY 347 FEET OF THE NORTH ½ OF LOT 1, BLOCK 3, OF HODGMAN’S DAYTONA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN MAP BOOK 2, PAGE 82, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
THE EAST 150 FEET OF THE SOUTH ½ OF LOT 1, BLOCK 3, OF HODGMAN’S DAYTONA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN MAP BOOK 2, PAGE 82, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
