NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 18, 2025 in Civil Case No. 25001006CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Charlotte County, Punta Gorda, Florida, wherein NEW AMERICAN FUNDING, LLC FKA BROKER SOLUTIONS INC. DBA NEW AMERICAN FUNDING is Plaintiff and Matthew Robert Sheridan, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, Roger D. Eaton, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 18th day of March, 2026 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
