NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 4, 2026 in Civil Case No. 24001219CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Charlotte County, Punta Gorda, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and Mary K Hawkshead a/k/a Mary Kay Hawkshead, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, Roger D. Eaton, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 18th day of March, 2026 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 57, Block 92, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 6, a subdivision according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 7A thru 7F, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
