NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 8, 2025, and entered in Case No. 11-2025-CA-001068-0001-01 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which B-MUSED, LLC, is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF ILONA DASBACH, DECEASED; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; LELY CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; MARION E. HENDRICKS A/K/A MARION N. HENDRICKS A/K/A MARION G. HENDRICKS; ANGELA MARIE HENDRICKS A/K/A ANGELA MARIE DODSON are defendants, Crystal K. Kinzel, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Collier County, Florida on March 19, 2026 at 11:00 EST, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
