TO ALL PERSONS HAVING CLAIMS OR DEMANDS AGAINST THE ABOVECAPTIONED ESTATE AND ALL OTHER PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID ESTATE.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Administration of the Estate of HANS RIEKERK, Deceased, whose date of death was December 14, 2025, Case No: 26-CP-0026 is pending in the Circuit Court in and for Collier County, Probate Division, the address of which Court is 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112-5324. The Personal Representative of the Estate is GEORGE RIEKERK, whose Post Office address 2092 Blue Bayou Boulevard, John’s Island, South Carolina 29455. The name and address of the attorney for the Personal Representative is Jacob E. Colgrove, Esquire, 700 Eleventh Street South, Suite 101, Naples, Florida, 34102.
All creditors of the Decedent and other persons having claims or demands against the Decedent’s Estate on whom a copy of this Notice is required to be served must file their claims with this court ON OR BEFORE THE LATER OF THREE MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR 30 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
All other creditors of the Decedent and other persons having claims or demands against the Decedent’s Estate must file their claims with this Court WITHIN THREE MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
ALL CLAIMS NOT FILED WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH IN FLORIDA STATUTES SECTION 733.702 WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
NOTWITHSTANDING THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH ABOVE, ANY CLAIM FILED TWO YEARS OR MORE AFTER THE DECEDENT’S DATE OF DEATH IS BARRED.
