NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 24, 2026, in Case No. 2025-CA-001925, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein SECURITY CAPITAL VENTURES, LLC is Plaintiff and 895 24th AVE ANNEX, LLC and DOLORES KIRKBRIDE are Defendants. CRYSTAL K. KINZEL, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at public sale on April 9, 2026 at 11:00 AM, to the highest bidder for cash, at Collier County Government Complex, 1st Floor located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 in
Collier County, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
