NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 24, 2026 and entered in Case No. 11-2024-CA-002005-0001-01 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein JANETE PRISCILA BLONDET CARDENAS, MOISES MARTIN CELIS FREITAS, WILMA EDITH FREITAS LAURIA VDA DE CELIS, EMERSON PARK AT AVE MARIA NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC. and AVE MARIA MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the First Floor Customer Service Department – Multipurpose Room of the Main Courthouse, at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Collier County, Florida 34112 at 11:00 o’clock A.M. on May 28, 2026, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 234, AVE MARIA UNIT 8, EMERSON PARK, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 48, Page 41 through 47, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
