$1,210 due in cash on day of sale to redeem motor vehicle or satisfy lien. Parties claiming interest have right to a hearing prior to sale with Clerk of Court. Owner has right to recover possession of vehicle without judicial proceedings as pursuant to FL Statute 559.917. The lien claimed by the lienor is subject to enforcement pursuant to FL Statute 713.585. Any proceeds recovered from sale over amount of lien will be deposited with Clerk of Court for disposition upon court order.
