NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated FEBRUARY 20, 2026, and entered in Case No. 2025-CA-003547-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit, in and for PASCO County, Florida, JEFCO PROPERTIES, LLC, A Florida limited liability company (hereinafter “Plaintiff”) is the Plaintiff, and KELLY HERMAN; MILLPOND LAKES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation; MIKE FASANO in his capacity as PASCO COUNTY TAX COLLECTOR; and BRUCE BARTLETT in his Capacity as STATE ATTORNEY for SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT, FLORIDA are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an on-line sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on APRIL 16, 2026, AT 11:00 A.M. the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 124 of MILLPOND LAKES, a Condominium, Phase I, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 1855, Page(s) 678, and subsequent amendments thereto, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 5, Pages 21 through 30, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
