NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2025 CA 002797 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Selene Finance LP, Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, and Trustees of Jose Betancourt a/k/a Jose Amable Betancourt a/k/a Jose A. Betancourt, Deceased, and All Other Persons Claiming by and Through, Under, Against The Named Defendant (s) are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Karen E. Rushing, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M. on April 7, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE WEST 34 FEET OF LOT 6, AND THE EAST 24 FEET OF LOT 7, BLOCK G, A RE-PLAT OF PART OF LORRAINE PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 67, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
