NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 24-CA-009872 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association as successor Trustee to U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee for Structured Asset Securities Corporation Mortgage Loan Trust 2005-RF1, Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, and Trustees of Darlene Chambers a/k/a Darline Chambers, Deceased and All Other Persons Claiming by and Through, Under, Against The Named Defendant(s) are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Victor D. Crist, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on March 16, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
