NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 25-CA-004454 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL INVESTMENT TRUST, Plaintiff, and, COSTA DIAS INC., et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of Circuit Court, Victor D. Crist will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on April 10, 2026 at 10:00 AM, the following described property:
