NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 10, 2026, and entered in Case No. 25-CA-006467 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which ALBER INVESTMENTS, LLC; ARDALE, LLC; AND MORENA, LLC, is the Plaintiff and SOUTHEAST PROPERTY ACQUISITIONS, LLC; SMU LIMITED, INC.; FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A GASTON’S CULINARY SERVICES, INC are defendants, Victor Crist, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on https://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com/index.cfm in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Hillsborough County, Florida on March 20, 2026, at 10:00 am, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
