NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on February 17, 2026, and entered in Case No. 25-CC-007972 of the County Court in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Gladiolus Gardens Condominium Association, Section XIII, Inc., is the Plaintiff and Vincent J. Aguanno, et. al., is the Defendant, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on the 19th day of March, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 106, OF GLADIOLUS GARDENS CONDOMINIUM, SECTION XIII, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION THEREOF, ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1483, PAGE 499, AND AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO ACCORDING TO SAID DECLARATION.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the dates of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
