YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title to real property located in Lee County at 1242 Brookpark Avenue, Fort Myers, Florida 33913, and described as follows:
LOT 18, BLOCK 72, UNIT 12, SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGE 70, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Parcel Number/STRAP: 36-45-27-L4-12072.0180 (“Property”).
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the Plaintiff’s Attorney, Reinaldo Rodriguez, Esq., McIntyre & Bermudez, PLLC, 1520 Royal Palm Square Blvd., Suite 210, Fort Myers, Florida 33919 on or before March 30, 2026 and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Verified Complaint to Quiet Title.
