NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 19, 2026 and entered in Case No. 25-CA-004789, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein SECURITY CAPITAL VENTURES, LLC is Plaintiff and LISA B HOMES, LLC, TOMASZ TUTAJ, AMERICAN BUILDERS & CONTRACTORS SUPPLY CO. INC., ALBERTO ARGUELLES, SABRINA ARGUELLES, AUDLEY C. JUMPP and ANNA L. JUMPP are Defendants, ZACHARY WALTON and DOMINIQUE GUERRA are Intervenors, KEVIN C. KARNES, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00 A.M. on March 12, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Amended Final Judgment, to wit:
