NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 19, 2026, in Case No. 25-CA-001772 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein NEXUS NOVA LLC is Plaintiff, and WAYNE HANNON, CINNAMON COVE TERRACE CONDOMINIUM V ASSOCIATION, INC., and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WAYNE HANNON are Defendants, the Office of Kevin C. Karnes, Lee County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. on-line at www.lee.realforeclose.com on the 26th day of March, 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 5002, BUILDING 5, CINNAMON COVE TERRACE CONDOMINIUM V, TOGETHER WITH THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THAT CERTAIN LIMITED COMMON ELEMENT DESCRIBED AS PARKING SPACE NO. 5002 AND THE UNDIVIDED SHARE OF THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF CINNAMON COVE TERRACE CONDOMINIUM V, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2048, PAGE 3291 THROUGH 3347, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDED IN OR BOOK 2049, PAGE 1245; OR BOOK 2049, PAGE 1253; AND SUBJECT TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF CINNAMON COVE MASTER ASSOCIATION, AS RECORDED IN OR BOOK 1641, PAGES 1616, AND AMENDED IN OR BOOK 1983, PAGE 2327, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
