NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the In Rem Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 24, 2026, in Case No. 25-CA-002217of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein DATA MORTGAGE, INC. DBA ESSEX MORTGAGE, is Plaintiff, and EDWARD L. STAMM, APEX LAND HOLDINGS, LLC, AS TRUSTEE OF THE 414 NE 15TH PLACE LAND TRUST, and MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR LENDUS, LLC are Defendants, the Office of Kevin C. Karnes, Lee County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. on-line at www.lee.realforeclose.com on the 30th day of April, 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 25 AND 26, BLOCK 3570, CAPE CORAL UNIT 47 PART 1, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 5 THROUGH 11, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Also known as 414 NORTHEAST 15TH PLACE, CAPE CORAL, FL 33909
together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
