NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 26, 2026, and entered in case #25-002149-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein ALTALOANS LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, as servicer for VALERII PODSHIBAEV is the Plaintiff and JANET BELCZYK is the Defendant(s). Ken Burke, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on March 17, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 6, THE MEADOWS CONDOMINIUM UNIT ONE AT THE EASTLAKE WOODLANDS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5787, PAGE 1490, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 77, PAGES 61 THROUGH 72, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes Section 45.031.
