Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Paragraph 5 of the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 25-006114-CO the Clerk of the Court, Pinellas County, shall sell the property situated in said county, described as:
UNIT 525, NEW ATLANTIS CLUB CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance and subject to the easements, restrictions, conditions, covenants and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in O.R. Book 5109, Pages 390 through 469, inclusive, and any amendments thereto, and the Condominium plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 46, Pages 1 through 13, inclusive, and any amendments thereto, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on March 26, 2026. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
