IN RE: ESTATE OF
ROBERT C. LAVIN,
Deceased.
Robert C. Lavin, a resident of Pinellas County, Florida, who died on June 10, 2025, was the settlor of a trust entitled: Robert C. Lavin Revocable Living Trust, dated January 21, 2011, as amended and restated, which is a trust described in Section 733.707(3), Florida Statutes, and is liable for the expenses of the administration of the decedent’s estate and enforceable claims of the decedent’s creditors to the extent the decedent’s estate is insufficient to pay them, as provided in Section 733.607(2), Florida Statutes.
The name and address of the Sole Trustee are set forth below.
The clerk shall file and index this notice of trust in the same manner as a caveat, unless there exists a probate proceeding for the settlor’s estate in which case this notice of trust must be filed in the probate proceeding and the clerk shall send a copy to the personal representative.
