YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following property:
TRACT B-2, BEING A PORTION OF LOTS 2, 3, 20 AND 21, BLOCK 9 OF FAIRVIEW AS SHOWN ON PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 18 OF THE PUBLIC RECORD OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 1, BLOCK 9 OF SAID FAIRVIEW, THENCE RUN SOUTH 90 DEGREES 00 MINUTES 00 SECONDS EAST, 137.50 FEET ALONG THE NORTHERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY OF ANCLOTE RIVER DRIVE AS NOW ESTABLISHED TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES 01 MINUTES 11 SECONDS EAST, 145.58 FEET; THENCE NORTH 90 DEGREES 00 MINUTES 00 SECONDS EAST, 42.26 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 00 DEGREES 59 MINUTES 30 SECONDS EAST, 145.60 FEET; THENCE NORTH 90 DEGREES 00 MINUTES 00 SECONDS WEST, 44.83 FEET ALONG THE NORTHERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF SAID ANCLOTE RIVER DRIVE TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on counsel for Plaintiff, whose address is 6409 Congress Ave., Suite 100, Boca Raton, Florida 33487 on or before /(30 days from Date of First Publication of this Notice) and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition filed herein.
