Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment/order entered in the above noted case, that the Clerk of Court of Pinellas County, Florida will sell the following property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
LOT 59, BLOCK F, LAKE ST GEORGE — UNIT VIII -A, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 85, PAGES 10-11, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, in an online sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on January 22, 2026. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to five percent (5%) of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier’s check payable to the Clerk of the Court. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 P.M. on the date of the sale by cash or cashier’s check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
