NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 30, 2025, in the Ninth Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein JOHN PARDO, III is the Plaintiff, and granted against the Defendants, COMMON WEALTH TRUST SERVICES, LLC; JESUS D. GUERRERO, CITY OF ORLANDO, and ALL UNKNOWN TENANTS or any parties in possession, in Case No. 2024-CA-000164-O, the Clerk of this Court, Tiffany Moore Russell, will at 11:00 a.m. on February 4, 2026, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the real property situate and being in Orange County, Florida more particularly
