NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Civil Case No. 2025-CA-001924-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD BANK, N.A. is Plaintiff and Ivelisse Laureano Colon, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, ESQ., will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 27th day of January, 2026 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 6, Clearview Heights Second Addition Section Two, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page(s) 36, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
