NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment Foreclosure dated December 18, 2025 entered in Civil Case No. 24002244CA in Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, Civil Division, wherein ROCKET MORTGAGE, LLC F/K/A QUICKEN LOANS, LLC F/K/A QUICKEN LOANS INC., Plaintiff and ROBERT DUJAT; MICROF LLC; PROUD AMERICAN ROOFING LLC F/K/A WE ROOF AMERICA LLC; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.; SUNCOAST CREDIT UNION; CAVALRY SPV I LLC; MV REALTY PBC, LLC are Defendant(s), Roger D.
