NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 30, 2025, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-2025-CA-000352-0001-01 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein RCAF LOAN ACQUISITION, LP, Plaintiff, and ESTATE OF SANDRA KATT A/K/A SANDRA GRACE KATT, DECEASED; UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, TRUSTEES OF SANDRA KATT A/K/A SANDRA GRACE KATT, DECEASED; UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR TRUSTEES OF THE SANDRA G. KATT PROTECTION TRUST DATED NOVEMBER 20, 2018; KIMBERLY CONDELLA; DANIELLE STARKE; TURTLE LAKE GOLF COLONY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A CHRISTINE HACKNEY; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, including, if a named defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and all other parties claiming, by, through, under or against that defendant, and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described defendants, are Defendants.
CRYSTAL K. KINZEL, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on the 1st floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Multipurpose Room in, Customer Service, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on the 9th day of April, 2026, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 109, TURTLE LAKE GOLF COLONY CONDOMINIUM APTS. BUILDING NO. 8, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 654, PAGES 1316 THROUGH 1358, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
